At LDM QUANTITY SURVEYORS (LDMQS) Durban, succession planning is pivotal to our existence and promotes our philosophy of growing and developing talent from within our organisation, to ensure that we have the right people in the right place at the right time.

Our focus area, whilst always subscribing to efficient product delivery, service excellence and client satisfaction, is also aimed at transformation and employment equity.

We remain passionate and committed in the provision of a stable platform to provide our long-standing and dedicated employees, a sustainable opportunity to develop and upskill themselves in leadership roles to maintain the ongoing legacy of LDMQS, until such time that the next tier of new leaders are implemented.

The new leadership at LDMQS is dedicated to continuing and enhancing our inherent commitment to transformation, empowerment and the tangible participation of black and women professionals in the built-environment sector.

Over and above, our new leadership will strive to maintain the transition of working relationships between our current and new clients and stakeholders in a collaborative approach, simultaneously reinforcing the integrity, ethics, values and legacy of LDMQS and further underpinning our commitment to ADDING VALUE BEYOND MEASURE.

ROBERT
NTLAUZANA

Robert graduated with a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Quantity Surveying in 2003 and achieved his Professional Registration in Quantity Surveying in 2010. Some of the qualities that Robert possesses and brings to the leadership team are integrity, standards, principles and utmost dedication to the organisation. Robert joined LDMQS in 2008 and has displayed a strong sense of commitment and loyalty to the firm. Robert is the Director in charge of work planning and programming, inclusive of the resource deployment to service our clients and projects’ immediate needs

SERISHA
SIRPUTH (MS)

Serisha graduated with an Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying in 2007 and at the same time joined LDMQS, cascading into 15 years of dedicated service. Serisha has obtained her Professional Registration in Quantity Surveying in 2011 and is presently completing her Masters Degree in Quantity Surveying. Serisha, having joined at a young age has motivated and ignited an immense passion for training and development of young people including excellence in product offering which is endorsed by our mission statement “adding value beyond measure”. Over and above her project responsibilities, Serisha is actively involved in the operations, IT and human resource management of LDMQS.

LAURA-ANNE
KHWELA (MS)

Laura graduated with a National Diploma in 2004 and joined LDMQS in 2011. Laura has developed her
expertise in LDMQS over the past 16 years and has played a critical role in growing the organisation. Over and above her commitment and technical and operational involvement in the organisation, Laura is actively involved in the promotion of employment equity and B-BBEE within the organisation.
